TrustPrice is a price comparison service that collects and displays price information from stores and retailers. The service is free for end users and funded by affiliate commissions when users click through to stores and make purchases.

3. Price information

We aim to provide accurate and up-to-date price information, but:

• • Prices are updated daily but may change without notice
• • We do not guarantee that prices are always accurate or current
• • The final price is always confirmed by the store where you make your purchase
• • We are not responsible for incorrect price information causing financial loss

4. Verified stores

The “Verified store” label means the store has passed our review of security and clear terms. It is not a guarantee of future performance or that problems will not arise. Responsibility for purchases always rests with you as the buyer and the store you buy from.

5. Affiliate links

TrustPrice uses affiliate links. When you click a link and make a purchase, we may receive a commission from the store. This does not affect the products or prices displayed — all information is objective and based on actual store data.

6. User conduct

As a TrustPrice user, you agree to:

• • Not attempt to bypass technical safeguards
• • Not automatically collect large amounts of data (scraping) without permission
• • Not distribute malicious code or viruses through the service
• • Respect others’ privacy and intellectual property rights

7. Intellectual property

All TrustPrice content, including text, graphics, logos and code, is protected by copyright and owned by TrustPrice or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute or use the content commercially without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

TrustPrice is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• • Interruptions or outages
• • Incorrect or incomplete information
• • Direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the service
• • Problems with purchases from third parties (stores)
• • Loss of data
